ADR-0002 · Cost Ledger in Architecture Wiki

We decided to maintain a cost ledger as a page in the Architecture Wiki (docs.ducatillon.net) that maps every service/component to its monthly cost, purpose, and provider. This table is updated whenever the architecture evolves, giving Francois a single view of his total digital estate cost and enabling cost-aware decisions.

The alternative — tracking costs in a spreadsheet or Google Sheet — was rejected because it would live outside the architecture context and wouldn’t be readable by the Hermes Agent alongside the rest of the architecture documentation.
